Compass is proud of the spirits we create and we want to share that passion with you.

Compass Distillery Tour & Tastings offer you a glimpse into the process - from milling, mashing, fermenting, to distillation. Investigate the ingredients we use and how they contribute to the creation of our spirits and other products.

Each distillery tour is followed by a spirit flight, which includes 0.5oz pours of the four spirits that you are most eager to try. Interested in staying for a cocktail? Our bar offers some of the best in Halifax! With new weekly features, as well as seasonal menu changes, our bar team literally pour their hearts and souls into each glass.

We create all of our juices and syrups freshly in-house to ensure that only the best ingredients are used to complement our artisan spirits. Enjoy a selection of small snack foods while you're in or venture out to one of the many fantastic nearby restaurants that the North End has to offer.
