Event description

Description

Are you sick of self-sabotage talk? Would you like to communicate with your loved ones with more compassion? Join TIP LABS' final Summer Workshop on Compassionate Communication.

Verbal communication is one of the main ways we communicate. But over the years, we learn so many unhealthy, toxic ways to speak to one-another, and it becomes very destructive and ineffective. In this workshop, you will learn how to be more loving towards yourself and others through verbal communication.

Key Learning Outcomes
➤ Why vulnerability is crucial for connections
➤ How to identify + deconstruct shame-based language
➤ How to address feelings + needs during conflict (using Dr. Rosenberg's Non-Violent Communication techniques)
➤ How to practice empathy and self-compassion

Tickets are $25 per person, or $40 with a friend! Spots are limited.
