Description
Health. Happiness. Success
What do these words really mean? How are they related to goal setting? Who defines them? How has our conditioning affected their meaning?
Join the next Iron Self Workshop on Tuesday, June 25th to practice the art of creating new definitions. This interactive workshop is a hands on experience to help empower you to re-define terms such as health and happiness according to your own personal values. It will be an evening of sharing, creating, learning, and practicing, together.
Why do we measure our success using someone else's unit of measure? Why do we compare our happiness to others? Why do we suffer trying to reach a made up image of health? It is time we re-claim these terms and define them according to our exact desires. Success to you may not look like success to someone else, and that is OK! Two completely different bodies can be healthy in their own way, there is no need to compare!
Expect to leave the workshop feeling inspired and empowered to create your own definitions. This is a safe space for all identities and genders; all people are welcome.

* A work booklet to help you start re-defining your terms and goals

About the Host:
Eman is an energetic motivational coach who is passionate about finding inner strength to pursue one’s goals, no matter how far fetched they seem. She is the founder of Iron Self, a coaching business that focuses on unfiltered vulnerability to empower the self, or as she likes to call it ‘Find Your Iron Self’. Her work with Radius SFU and Lululemon YVR has helped her empower her clients to re-define their own personal sense of health, and to create personal definitions of happiness and success through compassionate goal setting exercises. When she is not working on her storytelling vlog, or baking epic pies, she is training for the Cultus Lake Half Ironman, a goal she herself once thought was unattainable!
