Session 5/8 - Exploring Core Competency #6 - Listens Actively

Challenge your coaching style and grow alongside a community of curious coaches. In this monthly workshop, we explore the International Coaching Federation (ICF)'s Core Competencies through interactive discussions and practice. We focus on experimenting with new perspectives, techniques, and approaches to help you deepen your coaching presence and expand the tools you bring to your clients.

Each session kicks off with an Imagination Spark activity inspired by a core competency, setting the stage for interactive discussions and hands-on exploration. From coaching demos to laughter yoga, music, poetry, visuals, reflection, or meditation, no two sessions look the same. You’ll experiment with fresh perspectives and playful techniques that expand your coaching presence and add new tools to your repertoire.
