Join us for a discussion on the issues of competition and competitiveness seen through the lens of trade and competition policy in an integrated global economy. Mr. Behboodi as Deputy Commissioner of Canada’s Competition Bureau is uniquely qualifid to examine this topic and to respond to your questions. Please join us for a stimulating discussion on Tuesday, June 2.

Rambod Behboodi, Deputy Commissioner-Competition Promotion of the Competition Bureau of Canada will be presenting “Competition, competitiveness and convergence: trade and competition policy in an integrated global economy”.


Mr. Behboodi has had a varied and rewarding career in private, public and academic sectors. As Deputy Commissioner - Competition Promotion, Mr. Behboodi’s portfolio includes international affairs, competition advocacy and economic analysis, and communications and outreach.
