Enjoy a full day of culinary adventures! Featuring some of the best producers and creators in St. Thomas and Elgin County. All stops on the tour will highlight locally grown produce and products that you can enjoy along the way.
All menu items throughout the day will highlight food and drink grown and made locally from coffee, wine and beer to our local organic CSA farms, you don't want to miss this amazing culinary adventure.
10am - Brunch at the historic CASO Station in Downtown St. Thomas, prepared by the amazing Culinary Arts school from Fanshawe College and a Coffee Tasting experience with Las Chicas del Cafe.
12pm - Tour and Tasting at Wildflowers Farm, with a focus on beekeeping, honey and tea. Bake Shop Studio will be providing Chamomile and Lavender Cakes for sample using herbs and honey from the farm.
1:45pm – Farm to Table Tasting and Talk at the New New Age with sampling of house made beer & Historic Port Stanley Tour hosted by Heritage Port.
4:15pm – Up close and personal tour of the vineyards with wine tasting at Quai du Vin Estate Winery.
6pm - Railway City Brewing Behind the Scenes Tour and Tasting of their Award Winning Craft Beer.
7pm - Dinner at Railway City Brewing, creatively prepared by the Fanshawe College’s Culinary Arts School
~ Cheddar and Beer Soup with a Crusty Bread
~ Roasted Pork Leg, Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, Squash, and Root Vegetable Medley
~ Chocolate Stout Cake w Coffee Caramel Ice Cream
Parking is at the CASO Station, 705 Talbot Street. We will tour you via train and bus and return you to your vehicle at the end of the day.
