Description

Do you have a vision for student well-being at Conestoga? Would you like to share thoughts and experiences you’ve had concerning student mental health?

You’re invited to a Stakeholder Lab on Student Mental Health.

Come and tell us about your experiences!

Conestoga is engaging our whole community through the Student Mental Health Strategy (SMHS). Our goal is to optimize student learning and success by creating a campus environment that supports student mental health and well-being.

Your feedback on your experiences with students will help us explore strengths and gaps related to student mental health and well-being at Conestoga and create actionable priorities. This will lay a foundation for determining what services, training, resources, built environments, cultural shifts, policies or other changes would support student mental health and well-being.

You’re invited on March 21st for a student Stakeholder Lab. (Room/Location will be added as it is confirmed)

What is a Stakeholder Lab?

It is a highly interactive small-group session (or focus group) where we gather rich insight from participants through a series of strategic and facilitated exercises.

What will you have to do?

Share your experiences, observations and ideas related to student mental health through a series of simple and conversational exercises. No mental health expertise is required.

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today!

Can’t make this event? Don’t worry! There will be more ways to engage. Watch for street teams in campus hallways, an employee survey in April, a student mental health forum, and further announcements on the Monday Message Board and on our Sharepoint site (must be logged in to myConestoga to view). If you have any questions email Heather Callum, Project Manager, Student Wellness or call (519) 748-5200 ext. 3003.

Your experience matters to us!
