Dr. Shen is a public health physician by training. He currently works for Pfizer as Medical Advisor for Vaccines. Prior to Pfizer, Dr. Shen worked for Merck as Medical Science Liaison, Vaccines in western Canada, where he successfully launched the 9-valent HPV vaccine (Gardasil®9) adult male indication and subdermal etonogestrel contraceptive implant called Nexplanon®. His work has led to the creation of the world 's first dentist procedure code for immunization. Dr. Shen holds a PhD degree in Medical Biochemistry and completed his post-doc training in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. He has more than 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles in journals like PNAS, Blood, American Journal of Pathology and was the recipient of the CIHR Postdoctoral Award, ranked top 5%. He is also the co-inventor of five patents.

Fatima Hasan is a biomedical consultant with the Canadian Advanced Therapies Training Institute (CATTI) Inc. She completed her MSc. in Experimental Surgery from McGill University. An advocate for empowering students, she holds the position of Director of Corporate Affairs for the Student Biotechnology Network to bridge the gap between students and the biotechnology industry.

Dr. Jennifer Moody is currently the Head of Innovation Strategy, Cell Therapy at Danaher Corporation . She completed her PhD in Genetics from UBC and is a former postdoc at the Lund Stem Cell Center in Lund Sweden . She was a leader in the commercial development of mTeSR media for pluripotent stem cells and has helped to democratize pluripotent stem cell culture by enabling translation of pluripotent stem cell therapies.
