Transition Pop-up : Yorktown Family Services Connect4 Youth Mentorship Program
Do you want to hang out with other youth and have fun in a welcoming space?
Who: Holland Bloorview clients, who are 12-25 years old.
What: Register for CONNECT 4, a group mentorship program designed for youth
to work in small groups with a mentor to develop and enhance their life
skills and leadership skills.
Holland Bloorview staff to adapt activities & facilitate interactions.
Date: Monday February 1st, 2021
(with the opportunity to register for weekly events directly with Yorktown Family Services)
Time: 4:00pm-5:30pm
Cost: FREE
Where: Online
Why: Hang out with peers from Holland Bloorview and meet others from the
Youth Hub. Play games, build skills, and have fun!
