UdeMEntreprend et Microsoft Student Partner collaborent ensemble pour vous inviter à son tout premier événement le mercredi 4 décembre prochain, Connecting America: Hacks for Studentpreneurs.

Dans le but de promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat au sein des universités et de la communauté étudiante, Connecting America est une série d'événements liant l’entrepreneuriat de Montréal avec celle de l’Amérique latine.

Vous aurez l’occasion d'assister à la présentation de notre invité et membre du comité UdeMEntreprend, Antony Diaz qui est étudiant à l’Université de Montréal, fondateur de Uvolt et qui travaille dans le développement des affaires de Redlive.co . (présentation faite en anglais)

La conférence sera également diffusée en direct dans plusieurs écoles à travers l’Amérique latine. Antony abordera, entres autres, les outils essentiels afin de guider les nouveaux entrepreneurs à mettre sur pieds leur propre entreprise. La soirée se poursuivra avec un panel de trois entrepreneurs étudiants de Montréal qui vous présenteront chacun leur entreprise, suivi qu’une période de questions. Le tout se terminera par une période de réseautage!

Voici une courte présentation d’Antony Diaz:

Originaire de la Colombie, Antony est arrivé à Montréal en 2011. Il étudie présentement au baccalauréat en mathématiques à l’Université de Montréal et est un entrepreneur dans le domaine de l’intelligence artificielle. À travers ses projets, il a gagné plusieurs prix auprès de divers institutions, ministères et ambassades pour son innovation révolutionnaire dans le domaine de l’énergie renouvelable avec le projet Uvolt et dans le domaine de l’éducation avec le projet Redlive. Il est également un leader du programme Microsoft Student Partner au Canada et est un ambassadeur pour Microsoft Education, Montreal International et WEDay.

You will have the chance to assist Antony Diaz’s presentation on tools and tips for new students who are seeking to start their own business as entrepreneurs! Antony is currently studying at Université de Montréal, pursuing a B.Sc. degree in mathematics as well as a CEO and Founder of Uvolt and business developper of Redlive.co The evening will follow with a panel of 3 student entrepreneurs from Montreal who will present their business and a Q&A period will follow. Finally, the event will end with a networking period for all!

Here is a brief description of Antony Diaz and his path:

Born and raised in Colombia, Antony Díaz moved to Montreal, Quebec in 2011. He is pursuing a B.S. in Math at the University of Montreal and is an entrepreneur who seeks to use artificial intelligence (AI) as a good for society. Antony has won a multitude of awards and distinctions from a variety of institutions, ministries, and embassies, including (but not limited to) National Assembly of Quebec and Startup Canada, specifically for his revolutionary innovation in the field of renewable energy with Uvolt and in the field of Education with his project Redlive. He is one of the leaders of the Microsoft Student Partner program in Canada and he has been an ambassador of Microsoft Education, Montreal International and WEDay.
