Construction risk management paves a way to evaluate and implement procedures to reduce the impact of risks in construction projects. The risk management process involves thorough planning to create a risk management plan that allows project managers to identify, monitor and mitigate risks as they arise.
This event explores construction risk management principles and examples from our guest’s experience in over 20 years of past projects. Although Financial, schedule, and design risks exist in all projects, through careful consideration, planning, and management the risks can be mitigated, and negative outcomes prevented. Keivan and Sairindhri will talk about the importance of identifying and managing risks in a project while highlighting the various categories of risks that a project can potentially encounter. In addition, the speakers will provide an overview of best practice approaches adapted for risk management and associated tools to combat project risks.
