Program Summary:
Something just happened! In today's complex workplace, complaints or incidents involving employees may need to be investigated. This session provides participants with a firm understaning of their legal rights and obligations and the process for initiating, conducting and successfully concluding an investigation. The goal is to provide participants with a basic model to ensure the approach to employee discipline is based on a consistent, thorough investigation process resulting in fair and defensible decisions. 2 days
