If there is one thing that will help you drive success in your business, it is your ability to sell your product or service. The challenge is that most of us do not know how to even big. We mistakenly believe that all we need do is simply explain to a potential customer all that our product/service does, and they will buy. This is seldom the case. In this 2-hour workshop you will learn the basics of the consultative selling process.

• Understand your customer needs through effective questioning
• Craft a presentation that speaks to a customer’s needs
• Close your sales conversations.

Since 1999 Harold has had the privilege of assisting hundreds of people with the development of their business ventures. Business ventures that are the dreams, or at least, means to achieve their dreams and aspirations of the people he has served. Building on his own 10 year experience of self-employment, Harold is able to relate on many levels to the people he serves, through one-on-one consultations, coaching and experiential learning techniques. Currently, Harold is an associate faculty member of the School of Business, Hospitality and Design at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada where he teaches Entrepreneurship and Strategic Business Planning. After nearly 20 years of coaching, facilitating and speaking Harold estimates that he has been able to assist of more than 1000 business owners in the start-up and early growth of their ventures. He likes to refer to himself as “the Crazy Uncle that winds people up and sends them off to chase their dreams of self-employment.”
