Contact Conference 2023

Contact Conference is excited to be back in person as we see a complete transformation in how we work, collaborate, learn, communicate, and help others. 

Contact Conference is the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues and practitioners, share ideas and best practices, expand knowledge, and participate in the latest discussions involving our practice. After a few challenging years, we continue to gain a renewed spirit and perspective on the important career development practice we are passionate about.

The Conference is a professional development opportunity bringing speakers, presentations, and relevant, insightful discussions to solutions-focused participants.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Payment Policy: In order to qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received before 11:59 PM on March 22, or cheques must be postmarked prior to March 22, 2023. If you register on or after March 23, you will be charged the regular rate. Please note if you register on or after March 31, 2023, you will be required to pay your registration fees by credit card at the time of registration. All registration fees MUST be paid prior to April 24 to attend the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Once you register for Contact 2023, you will be granted a 72-hour “Registration Grace Period” and be eligible for a refund minus the Eventbrite fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) if you decide to cancel. Please note if you register after April 20, 2023, there will be no Registration Grace Period, and no refunds will be issued.

Group Cancellation: If a cancellation to a group conference registration order results in fewer than 3 delegates attending, the group discount no longer applies. This difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify us at admin@saskatooniec.ca if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. Supply that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note no delegate substitutions will be permitted after April 20, 2023.

Privacy Policy: The Contact Conference Organizers and the SIEC respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. We will not rent, sell or trade your information. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed and up to date on the activities related to the Conference. SIEC or its designate may contact you about your conference registration.
