Are you ready to be a Judge or Chief Judge at the Area, Division or District level?
This workshop is for all Chief Judges, judges, and anyone participating on Contest Teams as Timer, Ballot Counter or other support roles.
We will review the structure of the Speech Contest and the Evaluation Contest from the judge's perspective: agenda, briefings, logistics, information flows, and particular changes to rules for the 2022-2023 Contest Season. We will point out where to find the forms and checklists. Both online (Area) and hybrid (Division and District) contest agendas will be addressed.
Make your Contest a success for your contestants, your Contest Team, and most of all for yourself!
Facilitator: Davender Gupta DTM
Davender Gupta, DTM has been a Toastmaster since 2005. During his first month as a new Toastmaster, he organized and conducted his Club's speech contests. Since then, Davender has chaired many contests at the Club, Area, Division and District levels, as well as winning a couple of Table Topics and Evaluation contests. Davender is Contest Chair for the 2022-2023 District 61 Speech and Evaluation Contests.
