This session will cover the more controversial elements of the views and opinions surrounding the key attributes for every student and graduate in order to successfully navigate the ever-changing world of work. This will take the shape of a debate and follow-up discussion.
The ability to speak and think on one’s feet will be tested and this interactive workshop will present and argue the case for and against students needing to behave in an entrepreneurial and enterprising manner.

Biography of presenter:
Both workshop leaders have backgrounds in education and first-hand experience of starting their own successful commercial enterprises. They are members of the university’s enterprise team providing professional guidance and support to the many student entrepreneurs currently at work in the university’s student business incubators.
