John A. Estrella, PhD, CMC, PMP, President, Agilitek Corporation

John A. Estrella, PhD, CMC, PMP, founded consulting and digital companies. As a management consultant, Dr. Estrella consulted with organizations in Asia, North America, and Europe. He authored several books and courses for audiences in Canada, U.S., U.K., France, Sweden, Japan, India, and other countries. John is a mixed martial artist, a PADI Master Scuba Diver, and a world traveller.

Leigh Harris is the Lead Federal Government Partner at KPMG with more than 20 years of professional public sector work and management consulting experience combined. She works with hundreds of partners in Canada and across a global network of consultants to help government clients solve their most complex challenges, in particular enterprise-wide and whole-of-government transformation programs in the areas of strategy, policy development, program design and reform, operations and service improvement, resource allocation and funding methodologies. A Fellow Certified Management Consultant, she sits on the Board of Directors as Past Chair for CMC Canada.

Chris Carter, CMC, Principal orgshift solutions

Chris Carter is an experienced organizational transformation consultant, with over 25 years assisting clients in all aspects of change, especially when enabled by technology. Now as the principal of orgshift solutions, a Canadian corporation, Chris continues to challenge assumptions about how organizations approach and structure change, how groups collaborate and make decisions, and how disruptive digital technologies can be leveraged – combining to achieve breakthrough transformation outcomes.

Glynis Middleton, MBA, CMC

Glynis is a consulting professional who specializes in finance, business planning, business process improvement, and strategy. She advises in the areas of development finance, which is the intersection where finance and strategy meet. Her dynamic business career started in banking and transitioned into consulting for private and public enterprises. Glynis has influenced billions of dollars through development funding, economic impact analysis, and planning in a wide variety of sectors including arts and culture, banking, commercial and institutional construction, health, information systems, municipal planning, not-for-profit, fabricating, oil and gas, retail, telecommunications, and urban development. She uses her comprehensive experience to deliver strategic, stakeholder focused solutions. Glynis also has a passion for social justice and is seeking change for the better.

EVA Maxwell, CMC, partner Gelder, Gingras and Associates

Eva Maxwell is a bilingual Management Consultant with Gelder, Gingras and Associates where she specializes in strategic management, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, human resources management, facilitation and performance measurement. Eva has worked for federal, provincial, and international clients across most sectors. She is interested in developing networks with experts and not-for-profit organisations, particularly in the fields of public safety/crime prevention, gender equality and youth programming/engagement. She is passionate about socially important work and loves research and writing.

Nicheta Bhatia CHRP | PROSCI® | MBA | Six Sigma

Nicheta is a CMC Ontario member and currently sits on the GTA chapter board. She works within the field of Human Capital Management (HCM), Insurance and Hospitality industries. Her focused is on solving complex workplace challenges and exploring viable strategies with the firm’s growth and vision in mind.
