Join leaders from around the community for a half-day conference that will bring current and future like-minded leaders to explore how system-level thinking can solve our complex health and social problems. Participate in an important solutions-based discussion that will impact the health and wellbeing of the people living in our communities.
Convergence 2019 is asking the question, “In times of significant change and when leaders need to work across systems to solve complex problems, what is the best thing we can do for residents’ health and wellbeing?” Convergence 2019 will challenge participants to develop their system-level thinking. No single organization, system, agency, industry or government can properly solve our complex health and social problems without it.
