About this event

Conversations Matter is a 90 minute virtual event that requires your active participation. It is NOT a webinar or a panel.

Conversations Matter starts a process of career management skill building. It also begins the Career Management Practice Program (CMPP), an option allied with the Tech Steward Practice Program. It results in your clarification statement, possibilities for the future, new connections, and practical next steps.

Once you finish Conversations Matter, you will have completed 1.5 of 6 hours of CMPP.

When:

  • Wednesday, October 18 [10am PT | 11am MT | 12pm CT | 1pm ET | 2pm AT | 2:30pm NT]

CMPP guides you in making well-informed and inspired choices that make you more hopeful and confident, resilient and optimistic.

Join Career Management Practice Program to clarify "What's Next" for you.

Founded in 2001, CareerCycles is a career management social enterprise whose team of dedicated career professionals focus on two priorities:

1. Helping individuals make well-informed and inspiring career and life choices; and 2. Facilitating career development in the workplace.

CareerCycles mission is to be at the leading edge of the evolution of 'career', helping individuals fully express who they are and how they want to be in the world, and helping organizations unlock potential. Working from an innovative, consistent, and inspiring framework, CareerCycles values engaging and effective working relationships. We accept who you are, we uncover and affirm what matters to you, and we expect positive and meaningful opportunities and outcomes. And, we share our message to empower and inspire others. CareerCycles sets itself apart from other career management companies with our evidence-based Narrative Assessment Framework. Along with its sister company, OneLifeTools, co-founded by CareerCycles practice leader, Mark Franklin, over 1000 helping professionals from top institutions have been trained in this Narrative Assessment System. Having been published in peer-reviewed journal articles, textbook chapters and popular press, we are a driving force in the Career Management shift away from traditional tests and assessments and towards more holistic and narrative methods and frameworks.
