About this event
This is an active listening course, aimed at individuals who interact with vulnerable customers in their roles. The course provides participants with the tools and techniques to identify, interact with and signpost vulnerable individuals.
This course will take place in two three hour sessions as detailed below. You need to attend both sessions to receive a certificate.

At the end of this course attendees will be able to:
- Identify factors that can create vulnerability.
- Assess emotional health using the Emotional Health Scale.
- Recognise signs of vulnerability in others.
- Explore and practise active listening skills.
- End conversations sensitively and effectively.
- Signpost people to sources of additional support.
