Vegan Farm and Forest bento pop up

Bento is traditional Japanese portable food in a box, sometimes wrapped with some paper, fabric, or large leaves.

#cookhatter will provide vegan Inari bento box - Inari sushi, are traditionally served as sushi rice in a puffed tofu pocket, we will have them in modern style, colorful stick shaped with variety of toppings inside and out.

We will also serve them in a beautiful wooden portable box. With these carefully selected ingredients : California Koshihikari rice, 3 kinds(matcha, beets, sweet soy) of flavored Japanese style puffedtofu & 3 kinds ( cultured cashew , Shiso, kelp) of toppings, Farm vegetables & some Foraged ingredients and rare vegetables.

The bento will be pairing with maitake miso soup.

We will take pre-orders by eventbrite, as well as some in store at @harkencoffee on the day , highly recommend to make your pre order before we sold out.
