Make a week's worth of meals in around two hours with this Virtual Meal Prep Sunday Cooking Class!

About this Event

Do you get overwhelmed with making dinner every night? What if I told you that you could make a week's worth of dinners in just a couple of hours on the weekend? It's true! With a few strategies and some delicious recipes, we'll make meals you can make once to enjoy all week.

Live with someone? Bring them along if you like!

What you'll get with this class:

  • A beautiful recipe booklet (.pdf) containing detailed recipes, as well as notes for ingredient substitutions, storing instructions and serving sizes.
  • A full grocery and equipment list
  • A full prep guide that we'll follow during the class and that you can use again and again later on.
  • Live instruction for the duration of the class.
  • Time for questions and answers.
  • Delicious food made by you!

What you'll learn:

  • Planning, prepping and cooking some (or all) of your meals in advance can alleviate a ton of stress during your busy week.
  • Cooking from scratch doesn't have to be scary. It can be fun and help you to feel great!
  • Simple ingredients can enhance any recipe.
  • Nutrition facts and tidbits throughout the class.
  • Food can be nourishing and delicious!
  • Meal prep ideas and strategies to get organized for the week ahead.
  • Gluten-free can be delicious!

What we'll be making together:

  • Pumpkin Pie Baked Oatmeal
  • Kiwi Green Smoothie
  • Lentil and Feta Tabbouleh
  • Cajun Turkey with green Beans and Rice
  • Curried Chicken Slow Cooker Stew
  • Thai Basil Turkey with Bok Choy and Rice
  • Along with a few snacks!

You'd be amazed that we'll prep and cook this in two hours!

Class Details:

  • Recipes in this class will make enough food for 4 people. If you have small kids, you may find you have more leftovers that can be frozen for future meals.
  • A zoom link, recipe booklet and grocery/equipment list will be sent to attendees a week before the event.
  • All recipes are gluten-free.
