Nuts, seeds, legumes, and grains need special attention to make them digestible and their nutrients readily available. The principles covered in this class are important for everyone and critical if you are following a vegetarian or gluten-free diet. Learn how to get the most nutrition out of nuts, seeds, legumes, and grains. During this fascinating class we will make healthy energy bars, almond milk, millet pudding, and a so-very-tasty, gluten-free cashew bread. We will also discuss breakfast granola and corn tortillas. You won’t want to miss this class!
