“Gut” issues have become very prevalent in our society. Why has this happened and what can be done? Bone broth and meat stock are the foundation for gut restoration. Learn what constitutes a healthy gut and what we can do to restore it to optimum condition. We will examine the GAPS diet that is being used by many to “heal and seal” the gut and to recover from many different neurological, autoimmune, and gastrointestinal disorders. During this memorable class we will make poultry stock and meat stock and learn how to incorporate stock and broth into your meal planning. In addition, we will be making “Gummy Bears”: Simple, easy, fun, and something kids, young and old, will enjoy.
