Although most of us want to relax and enjoy a lazy Sunday, it really is the best time to get yourself set up for the week to come. Emily Richards will prepare five weeknight meals and show you how to get ahead. Recipes will include:

Citrus chicken with cauliflower couscous

Beef and mushroom kofta burgers and greens

Apple radish chicken salad
