Butcher and the Vegan chef James Kayser will create a 2-3 course meal using the weekly bounty box program and demonstrate how you can recreate the recipes at home. He will also discuss how to create a menu with your Local Bounty Box from The Mustard Seed.

Chef James Kayser is the owner/operator/ exec chef at one of Hamilton's newest and most exciting restaurant experiences, serving sustainable and local product wherever possible with an emphasis on providing vegan and gluten free meals that aren't afterthoughts. James is a George Brown College graduate with a Post Grad in French Culinary, as well as: Former Operations Manager of Paupers Pub.,Sous Chef at Picnic, KM at Le Pain Quotidien, Garde Manger at Oliver & Bonacini, GM at Symposium Café, and Cook at Centro under Jason Carter (Susur Lee’s longtime Sous).
Cost: $20.00 (for members); $25.00 (for non-members); to be paid upon completion of this form. You will be sent an email if your registration was successful. If you do not receive an email it means you are NOT registered.

Cancellation Policy: The time of our instructors is valuable, so we are aiming to make sure each class is well-attended! If you are unable to attend, it is preferable that you find someone to replace you. Otherwise, you must let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop start time in order to receive a refund.
