Coping with Holiday Stress

For over 130 years, Homewood Health has been the national leader in mental health and addiction treatment. On December 8, 2016 join us for some light refreshments, education and discussion during The Homewood Clinic’s Public Education Hour: Coping with Holiday Stress.
Clinic Director, Tom Hill, will discuss some of the various stresses associated with the holiday season, paying special mind to those that can be most difficult for individuals to deal with and he will identify some ways to effectively minimize these stresses. This presentation will be followed by a discussion and question and answer period.
Admission is free. Walk-ins welcome. Confirmation of date, time & location will be given upon registration. Doors open at 6:00pm & presentation starts at 6:30pm.
