This 12 lesson/30 day course is for those who want to tap into their inner knowing and soul. It's for those of you ready to enhance your overall health and wellness, on your own terms! By guiding you to reconnect with your inner voice, you will find what feels and works best for you and your life. Lessons are based on various wellness topics in which I am knowledgeable and have personal experience. Each lesson includes a voice recording and an assignment/file, both of which will be available to you indefinitely within the group. Rather than a scripted or formal discussion, recordings will be channeled, heart-felt information specific to the needs and energy of the group. You get to listen (as many times as you'd like!), and take what resonates with you on your current health and wellness journey.

Self Love - how I navigated this unfamiliar territory and made it my own, and how you can too, regardless of where you're currently at in your life
Fun/Joy - a tough topic for serious adults, but let's change that and have some fun!
Time Management- although it may seem dry, I share why it’s so helpful when prioritizing yourself
Movement - listening to what your body needs in terms of movement
Crystals - digging into what crystals you need in your life and how to figure it all out
Your Soul - listening to what your soul needs and how to best create a practice for yourself
Journalling - prompts and how to get started
Relationships - the importance of growing together
