This is a scene development class. Will work on devleoping a film scene. Remember practise makes perfect. We ONLY take 10 students. Teens are welcome that are of advanced level. Please inquire before registering. To save a spot please register online or send an e-transfer. We will be doing this virtually due to the circumstances on Zoom.

This class takes place every Thursday night from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Make sure you have your notebook and pen, a quiet spot to listen and learn! You must have a good internet connect for Zoom classes to work. We will be covering lots in short amount of time. It is best to use Zoom on your computer and not phone.

October 14th- Introduction to the class, and improv games. Learn how to perform on the spot. Perform a Halloween Monologue of your choice. Will review with feedback, and learn how to take redirections. HOMEWORK: Write a monologue to perform next class about the challenges of becoming a Werewolf on the fullmoon.

October 21st Full Moon. Perform your monologue. Consider dressing up to make it more fun! Take redirections. Each actor will perform twice. Introduction to your scene and scene partner. First run at it, and developing acting techniques and framework.

October 28th -We polish up your scene. We rehearse on taking redirections by changing the setting, and what a director may advise you to do. We will have a special guest this day.

November 4th - Prep talk, rehearsal, tips and tricks! Get feedback. At the end of the class we invite friends and family to watch. A chance to show your performance off to whoever you wish!
