What is truly meant by traceability? How do I prevent, but also prepare, for a potential recall situation?
These will be the main questions answered during this training session.
A main concept behind traceability is performing a mass-balance; but with this we will need to capture raw material and finished product loss; which can be variable at times.

This session will aim to help you feel prepared and in control, and reinforce a preventative attitude towards a recall situation by developing strong traceability skills and processes.

Kristen is passionate about food science, food safety, and quality management systems.
Kristen decided to start her own boutique food industry consulting firm after 10 years in various QA and Product Development roles in the food industry, with both large and small food manufacturers, and an academic background in food science and food engineering.
