The Tough Enough to Talk About it virtual presentation will increase confidence in staff and management in understanding and recognizing declines in mental wellness.

This session will offer you the tools to help in identifying, listening and responding to people who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being. It also includes learning how to engage with people about mental health, appropriate responses within the workplace and where to find help and resources that are available.

This is a workplace session and the representatives from Resources Centre for Suicide Prevention will be on hand to answer any questions and accept bookings for you to bring this important discussion to your workplace.
