Presentation Topic:

Questions from employers and employees about coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are multiplying almost as fast as the virus itself. Employers need to rely on a combination of authoritative legal and medical advice, and their own common sense, to keep employees safe.

Right now it’s about doing what can be done to make sure employees are in a space where they can work, and if they can’t, how are they supported through that. As we try to keep businesses running, equally important is being empathetic. Everything else has been muted for the last few weeks, other than keeping business running and doing it from a place where employees are enabled to work.

This journey is going to be different for every single person.
