CPHR PEI - Employee Coaching: a five-step approach to preparing employees
Event Information
Description
This professional development session will focus on employee coaching. More specifically, it will focus on the process of developing an employee from a coaching - not mentoring - perspective. The overall goal is to address the challenges that HR professionals, and other organizational leaders, often face when trying to coach employees. By the end of the session, you will have learned some key principles to help guide employee coaching programs in your own organization. In addition, you will have learned the key 'ingredients' for effective employee feedback. The session will conclude with a Q & A discussion where attendees will be able to ask questions related to their own work experience.
Note: Registration begins at 8:30am with the session beginning at 9am.
