Come de-stress from the holidays with a night of creativity, laughs and community. Paint a holiday decoration or gift, learn how to make your own adult colouring book with Kara-Lyn and Lois Loewen, and get entertained by Stand Up for Mental Health comedian Kim Van Dyk.
6 to 7 pm: Get cozy with a homemade hot chocolate or other warm drink and pick up a paintbrush. You can decorate an ornament or regular household item of your choice: a mug, a jar, Christmas decorations, or maybe even a piece of wood that's just waiting to be transformed.
7 to 8 pm: Kara-Lyn, with her mom Lois, will talk about how she drew by hand and published a popular 56-page adult colouring book. Gina will also showcase a couple of digitals options for creating your own colouring pages.

8 to 9 pm: Stand Up for Mental Health comedian Kim Van Dyk entertains, gives a talk, then opens up the floor for questions. Ask him anything!
Admission is a suggested donation of $10 at the door. This includes a warm drink of your choice and supplies for acrylic painting. Kids 12 and under are free with an adult! Save your spot ahead of time by paying online for $8.
Baked goods will be for sale, so bring cash!
Hope to see you there!
