Cranbrook Thrives Non Profit Luncheon: Cranbrook Poverty Reduction Committee - a vision for a more equitable City!
Wednesday, 19 October 2016 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (MDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
If you work or volunteer with a non-profit organization, the Cranbrook Thrives Non Profit Luncheon should be on your list of events to attend. The luncheon on October 19th will be the fifth in a series of luncheons thanks to the generous support of United Way East Kootenay.
Our fifth luncheon presenter will be Kerri Wall.
Kerri works for Interior Health as a community health facilitator. In her role Kerri assists local governments and community groups around the Kootenays to develop municipal policies that will positively impact population health in areas such as food security, poverty reduction, walkability, inclusion, access to recreation, and more.
Did you know Cranbrook has a poverty reduction committee working through Cranbrook Social Planning Society? Kerri Wall will present the work of the Cranbrook Poverty Reduction Committee, challenges they’ve faced, projects currently underway, and a vision for a more equitable city. Please join us!
We hope you will join us on Wednesday, October 19th to NETWORK.LEARN.GROW.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration will take place online and payment will ONLY be accepted in person at the Heritage Inn on the day of the event.
