You'll learn about strategies on interview and networking to:

  • develop a preparation routine to boost your confidence for interviews
  • answer challenging interview questions with diplomacy and strategically
  • connect authentically with employers at virtual and in-person recruitment events
  • gain clarity from recruiters on industry insights and career possibilities

Schedule:

  • 3:30 to 4:30pm - Workshop with Albert Fung, Career Education Manager at SFU Career & Volunteer Services
  • 4:30 to 5pm - OPTIONAL - Open to informal conversations or questions about your career or job search! Bring your questions!
  • Workshop location is inside Career and Volunteer Services office - Maggie Benston Centre 0300 (bottom floor of MBC, adjacent to Health and Counselling Services).
  • Optional: Session will be hosted simultaneously on zoom for those that can't attend in person. We will send link 24 hours prior to workshop for those that choose this option. See final registration question.
