Exercises and concrete examples will be used to demonstrate how to create solid value propositions and identify high value market positions.
This workshop will change the way food business strategists and product developers think about R&D and help teams - both big and small - to use their innovation resources efficiently.
This session will be lead by food innovation expert Dana McCauley and include time to ask questions and discuss specific problems and pain points that need to be solved by the workshop attendees.
Format:
- 60 minute interactive workshop
- 30 minutes Q&A

Reviews for this Workshop:
"Dana has also led some amazing workshops and provided mentorship to some of our ventures, and the feedback was incredible! The companies loved how she listened to their problems, provided recommendations and was so open to supporting them on whatever level she can. Her workshop provided practical tools that the companies could tactically work on immediately to improve their company's messaging and value proposition. You can see the flood of questions open up once the workshop was done and everyone wanted to talk to Dana about their specific product and gain some knowledge from her on how to move forward with their product. Overall, we had a great experience working with Dana and hope to continue working together!" `David Kwok, Entrepreneurship Manager, YSpace
