Create in the Kitchen with Save on Foods!

It's strawberry season here in BC! On Thursday, June 16 at 7:00pm, join 4-H BC and Save on Foods Dietitian Kristin Brown to make two delicious recipes featuring BC strawberries: strawberry chia pudding and strawberry cream cheese French toast sandwiches.

This session will take place virtually on Zoom, so you must have both an audio and visual set up if you would like to participate fully.

This session is free of charge, but participants will be responsible for purchasing their own ingredients. Once registered, you will be sent the ingredients list so you can prepare for your kitchen creations.

Please note: If you are registering as a family using the same device to Zoom- in, please only register one family member with one ticket. You will be asked to record how many family members will be joining you in the kitchen when you fill out your order form.

Get to know Save on Foods Dietitian, Kristin Brown!

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian with private practice experience including providing individualized nutrition counselling, group presentations, Nutrition Tours for Save-On-Foods, and nutrition care for eating disorders. She has a passion for nutrition education and believes that improving your nutrition needs to be practical and maintainable. She hopes to inspire healthy eating and encourage nutritious food choices with a balanced, wellness-focused, non-diet approach. Kristin loves cooking and developing delicious recipes!
