Can I bring my dog?

For the safety and comfort of all, we ask that pets be left at home. Dogs are not permitted in the event site.

What should I wear?

The event is rain or shine. We strongly recommend that participants be prepared for the weather outside during their time at the festival and wear comfortable clothing and footwear, bring layers, bring water and sunscreen. Workshop areas will be tented. Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy or

Parking / Transit / Biking

Accepted Answer

There is controlled street parking on the east side of Strathcona Park, but we encourage everyone to utilize car shares, take transit, cycle or walk to the event. There will be dedicated bike racks at Strathcona Park on Saturday, bring your bike lock.

Question 4

Are there washrooms?

Accepted Answer

There will be washrooms provided on site and in the field house of the park by the playground. Washrooms on site will be gender-neutral portable structures, with one wheelchair-accessible portable washroom.

Question 5

Will there be food and drink on site?

Accepted Answer

Food will be available for purchase from food trucks on site as well as beer, wine and cider from Strange Fellows Brewing (19+ to purchase). The whole site is licensed, non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. No outside food or drink is permitted! There will not be an ATM on site.

What items are prohibited?

No weapons of any kind. No drugs and/or drug use. No outside alcohol or food. No dogs or pets allowed on site.
