About this Event
The bold leadership required to digitally transform your business hinges on your ability to effectively lead your organization through change. Your ability to effectively lead starts with sharpening your leadership competencies. The push to change and stay ahead of your competition in this digital era is the only constant in businesses today. More than ever, we are hearing the buzzwords that business leaders must be “agile” and “pivot” to have lasting “sustainability” in your respective markets. What does that really mean and how do you continually lead this constant organizational change when fundamentally many of us resist or even fear change, preferring the status quo? Where should you start?
In this 60-minute webinar we will introduce how your brain is impacted by organizational change, the power of an intentional use of growth mindset to lead change, and practical strategies to start to develop an innovative culture in your business.
In this webinar you will:
•explore why we resist change and how to make it easier to bear
•discover how to embrace the F word – failure
•compare the differences between fixed and growth mindsets and discuss why mindset is important
•identify strategies to build an innovative culture for your business
