Creating and Communicating the World in 2017 (An Open Space Conference)
SPONSORED BY: IABC EMENA Region
HOSTED BY: Changing The Terms
A participant-generated conference connecting leaders, activists and professional communicators from the business, political and NGO worlds. Using Open Space Technology, participants will engage in a series of conversations about the current state of the world, and leave the event with some tangible actions, as well as new insights and, perhaps, a more interesting network.
The 11-6 timing is designed to enable participants to arrive from all over Western Europe and return the same day. Fee includes non-stop coffee and tea as well as a light lunch.
How will the event work?
Led by an experienced Open Space facilitator, the event will involve a brief opening session framing the theme, explaining the process and allowing for participant introductions. The opening session will then be followed by several break-outs where participants can sign up to moderate group discussions or simply take part, followed by a wrapup session.
