"Creating Lean Leaders in an environment susceptible to change - Lessons from the movies"
Location:
Element Vaughan - Southwest
6100 Highway 7
Vaughan, L4H 0R2
Parking is free.
Guest Speaker: Charanjit Singh Bawa
Charanjit will be sharing his experience and thought provoking insights on Lean and Change Management concepts. Using examples from automobile environments such as Honda and valuable lessons from the movies, this interactive presentation will introduce those key leadership skills which will help today’s leaders to navigate their ships through the rough waters of our “ever changing world”.
Lean, a common sense approach to streamlining processes to achieve Internal/External Customer Satisfaction through active engagement of employees, is inevitable in our ever changing environment. It holds a great philosophy with Change Management embedded in it to challenge the status quo. Lean and Change Management both work on the principle of engaging people as they become part of the solution while they embrace change rather than fight it. The transition to change using methods which re-direct the application of resources, business processes, budget allocations and other modes of operation that significantly reshape an organization through sound methodologies will be shared.
Pre-registration is recommended.
