Hosted by The Social Impact Lab and United Way of Calgary and Area, Calgarians are invited to take part in a fun and interactive event series to explore art for social change and social innovation in our city.

In partnership with cSpace (@cspacekingedward), this salon-style event brings together local Calgary artists involved in socially engaged art to showcase their work, tell stories of how it has impacted them and speak out on the issues that matter most. Enjoy performances and conversations with prominent local artists. Watch in-person at cSpace theatre or the event will also be live-streamed.

Performers will include:

• Lisa La Touche – Tap Dance Artists/Advocate, Choreographer, Director and Mom
• Wakefield Brewster – Professional Poet & Spoken Word Artist, 3-Time Calgary Slam Champ, and Newly Named Poet Laureate of Calgary
• Drag for Kids - Featuring Vocalist & Educator Mandy Morris, Opera Singing Drag Clown Aida Cupcake, and 15-year-old Drag Queen Daisy
