Description

Sign up to "Creative Dreaming : wake up and dream !"

Workshop facilitated by Virginie Pols - Bilingual if needed

SUNDAY JUNE 18 - 9:30am - 4:30pm

Dreaming isn’t just what happens during sleep; dreaming is waking up to sources of guidance, healing and creativity beyond the reach of our everyday mind.

In this one-day adventure :

- We’ll learn the core techniques of Active Dreaming

An original synthesis between ancient and modern dream practices, pioneered by Robert Moss.

- We’ll play the Lightning Dreamwork Game

A fast way to share our nights dreams or life experiences, to get and give feedback and guidance to take action.

- We’ll discover the arts of conscious dream travel

Using shamanic techniques for shifting consciousness, we embark on intentional journeys to explore alternate realities, possible futures, through doorways of a dream or vision.

- We’ll play wonderful games of synchronicity and imagination

We’ll find that the world speaks to us if we pay attention. We’ll learn how to harvest personal and fresh imagery and new stories, and practice how to grow a vision so strong that it wants to take root in the world.

- And... You will find your animal totem !
