Creative Journaling: New Year Resolution 2026
Overview
Creative Journaling: New Year Resolution 2026
Welcome to our in-person creative wellness session at the LOUD Art Society office!
Join us for an inspiring and grounding workshop designed to help you reflect meaningfully on the past year and organize your mind and intentions for 2026 through the power of creative journaling.
Together, we will explore gentle but insightful prompts that encourage you to look back on the experiences, lessons, and growth of the previous year. Through guided exercises, you will learn how to transform reflections into clarity—identifying what to release, what to carry forward, and what new possibilities you want to welcome.
We will then move into visioning and goal-setting for the year ahead, using creative tools such as writing, sketching, mind-mapping, and symbolic imagery. Whether you're a seasoned journal-keeper or brand new to the practice, this session will help you organize your thoughts, strengthen emotional awareness, and set intentional, achievable goals in a creative and holistic way.
This workshop will be facilitated by Tara Vahab, therapeutic art practitioner.
Please bring your own journal. All other art materials will be provided.
Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
Take this opportunity to nurture your well-being, reconnect with yourself, and step into the new year with clarity and creativity.
We look forward to welcoming you!
