Join us for the 3rd Creative Potluck of 2019 to share food, ideas, and network!

About this Event

What role do images have in city-building? Whether from a professional or amateur photographer, photographs have immense power. HOW and WHAT we see greatly influences how we think of spaces and communities before even interacting with them. Join us on Thursday November 14 to hear from 4 artists and representatives of arts organizations who work with photography who will discuss re-shaping narratives through images.

Art Starts is a barrier-free space.Please email eva@torontoarts.org with accommodation requests so we can make sure you are included and comfortable.

Food will be provided; feel free to contribute something to the 'potluck' portion if you like!

Finding the venue:

Art Starts is located in the Lower Level of Yorkdale Mall. When visiting, please locate the retail store Zara within the Mall and take the elevator on its left down to 'LL'. You'll find the office to the right and through the glass doors. The event is in the studio space, accessed through the office. You can also find Art Starts through the underground parking garage if driving.
