Event description

Description

Learn how to creatively challenge your comfort zone. What does creativity do in our brain, and how does that help us handle uncertainty? How can creative thinking help to get over our ups and downs in our life, and help us recover from struggle?

In this interactive workshop, we will discuss comfort, stretch and panic zones. We will talk about the neuroscience of creativity, and practice some exercises to get you thinking about how you might use creativity in your life for better resilience. Come expecting to participate in a fun, engaging and supportive environment.

We promise to challenge you by helping you find your stretch zone - without hitting the panic button.

If you don't think you are creative at all - I can tell you that you are naturally creative - just as you breathe and poop. Creativity is a uniquely human quality, that is set to be the #3 required skill in 2020.
Not everyone is going to be Michaelangelo or Beethoven, but your creativity matters, all the same. Learn how to stop sabotaging your creative efforts and stand confident in your unique contributions to the world.
