CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN

Mountain View County is hosting a workshop on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), delivered by Mark Kay, Vice President of the Alberta Community Crime Prevention Association (ACCPA).

The purpose of the workshop is to help farm and acreage owners be more resilient to property crime in rural areas. The session will introduce the principles of CPTED, and neighbourhood and community safety.

This event is free for residents to attend.

Hosted at the Mountain View County Office in Council Chambers from 6 pm to 9:30 pm on Monday, November 19th.
Following the workshop there will be a presentation from Rural Crime Watch and Citizens on Patrol organizations operating in Mountain View County.

We hope to see you there!
