About this Event

Join us each quarter as we chat with industry experts about how to integrate CS with other departments. In June we will discuss how to optimize Customer Success and Product teams.

Each event will feature a 3-hour workshop + an evening of networking, lightning talks and an expert panel/town hall. You will also enjoy food and an open bar!

Mitch Gillespie is a seasoned Product leader having been a part of Wave's rapid growth from 18 people with a single product line to 200+ people managing multiple product lines.

Nico DiPlacido was employee 8 at Partnerstack and maintains a unique viewpoint to Product having launched his career in CS.

About the host

Ben Winn is the Founder and Executive Director of CS in Focus; the CS team for the CS community. Ben won Customer Success Innovator of the Year in 2018 for creating the Account Behaviour Formula, and in 2018 he published his eBook: The Beginner’s Guide to Customer Success.
