Join us for CSHP-BC Branch's Annual General Meeting! 

 

This year's CSHP-BC Branch's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel in the heart of beautiful Downtown Vancouver. Our branch's largest event of the year will combine with the College of Pharmacists of BC and feature an excellent line-up of educational sessions, manufacturer exhibits, research posters, networking opportunities, and the CSHP-BC Branch business meeting.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this educational session, attendees will:

  1. Be exposed to clinical topics/controversies in pharmacy practice
  2. Build upon on their knowledge in various areas of pharmacy practice
  3. Become up-to-date with pharmacy practice in the areas of top clinical trials of 2017, antimicrobial stewardship, anticoagulation bridging, use of SGLT2 inhibitors in type 2 diabetics, improving the experiences for sexual and gender minority (LGBTQ) people, the latest in pharmacy practice from the College of Pharmacists of BC,and how to incorporate non-traiditional precepting models into practice. 

 

This continuing education event has been accredited for 4.75 CEUs by the CSHP-BC Branch (CCCEP Number 8008-2017-2217-C-P). CSHP-BC Branch is an Accredited Provider of continuing pharmacy education by the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy.
